In order to meet the customers’ expectations and requirements ZPrAE obtained a certificate in year 2003 for the implemented Quality Management System based on the international standard ISO 9001:2008 "Quality Management Systems. Requirements ".
The aim of the system is fulfilling the obligations contained in the Quality Policy, providing, in a documented way, that quality requirements for service/products are upheld at all stages.
